At MyCuteDoggy, we are committed to providing safe and high-quality products for your pets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help under the terms below.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, free from pet hair, saliva, odors, stains, scratches, or bite marks. Items must be returned in original packaging where applicable and include proof of purchase.
Pet toys and chew items must be unused. Any signs of chewing, biting, tearing, or saliva will void return eligibility. Opened chew products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
Pet apparel and accessories may be tried on for sizing only and must remain clean and in like-new condition with all tags attached.
Pet beds, mats, and furniture must be unused and free from pet hair, dirt, or odors. Items exposed to pet use are not eligible for return.
Feeding and hygiene products must be unopened and unused. Opened items are non-returnable.
Electronic or smart pet products may be opened for basic inspection only. Items must remain in like-new condition and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Non-returnable items include used or pet-contacted products, opened hygiene items, chew toys once opened, customized products, digital items, final sale items, and gift cards.
To initiate a return, email shopping.johnkim@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Approved requests receive a Return Authorization number within 1–2 business days.
Items must be securely packaged and include the Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds take 5–10 business days, and Shop Pay or PayPal refunds take 3–5 business days after approval.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact shopping.johnkim@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or refund.
International orders follow the same 30-day policy. Customers are responsible for shipping, customs fees, and duties unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Some products are fulfilled by third-party partners. Return procedures may vary but must comply with this policy.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
We reserve the right to limit or deny returns in cases of excessive or abusive activity.
EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery if eligibility conditions are met.
