INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MyCuteDoggy offers international shipping. Please note that we do not have control over customs procedures in each destination country and therefore cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, or local regulations.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available to us. Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination country and the local carrier.

Delayed Delivery

In rare instances, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames listed above. Shipping delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We kindly ask for your understanding and patience should such delays occur. If there are no tracking updates for an extended period of approximately 30 to 60 business days, we will review the shipment and may arrange for a replacement package when appropriate.

Delays are more likely during peak seasons such as year-end holidays (November to December), promotional periods, or times of high shipping volume.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total estimated delivery time.

Processing Time
Orders generally require 3 to 5 business days for processing. This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment. In most cases, orders are fully processed within 4 to 6 business days.

Once processing is complete, our shipping partner will pick up your package for dispatch. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once it becomes available, which may also be accessible through our website.

In rare cases, processing times may take longer than expected, especially during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume. We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding during such times.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

If you request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order and before the order has been processed, a transaction fee of $20 per order will apply.

If you contact us and we confirm that your order has already been processed, the order cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel an order that you have just placed, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below.
